Hello class.
I'm feeling pretty good right now! The relaxation exercise was a pretty good time. I have been pretty stressed out lately. I have been working full time, school full time, starting a non-profit organization for research, and I just got married a week ago today. I wish I would have had this exercise last week, not that I would have had much time to sit down and do it! I enjoyed my time listening to this exercise but I do have one gripe about it; the narrator is kinda annoying. It made it hard to stay on track. I had to just listen to the message and disregard his voice to remain relaxed. Overall the exercise did the trick but it could have been a better experience if the narrator was a bit more relaxing; it takes more than a slow and low voice to be relaxing, it also takes confidence and assertion. Thanks class!
